Information system able to manage and interrelate jointly and effectively all data in the centre of Intelligence against terrorism and organised crime (CITCO), with sufficient capacity to meet the needs generated on the establishment of links between terrorism and the different modes of organized crime as well as radicalism.

TEPOL is a unit of the CITCO, which is responsible for various aspects related to the fight against terrorism, such as: coordination of interventions communications between the various Spanish police organizations, request to the national audience of telephone tapping in investigations of terrorism, storage of information about detainees, searches and other matters relating to terrorist operations, which uses a web application developed by the SGSICS.

The system allows the receipt, storage and exploitation of intelligence structured and unstructured from domestic sources.

Documentation is in the centre of intelligence against terrorism and Organised Crime (CITCO) and, through the system, register, distributes and seeks to the desired information, there is no connection to the outside.

The system receives data on counterterrorism investigations under national police and Civil Guard and search matches between them. When it detects starts a process of coordination between the two Bodies according to the protocols established by the intelligence Centre against terrorism and organised crime (CITCO).

SICOA provides various options for the burden of data from research, security mechanisms and audit, generation of reports and statistics that allow to exploit the information stored.

Is a modular and Agile tool that allows for the proper treatment of the investigations into drug trafficking and organized crime originating currently in the forces and security of the state, and direction customs surveillance Attached, with the possibility of incorporating new corps or operators in the Area of security.

Consists in the connection between systems of management and coordination of research from the centre of intelligence against terrorism and organised crime (CITCO), with the objective of improving coordination in the anti-terrorist actions and drugs, get the situation updated and accurate of combating both and facilitate cooperation among CNP operations and GC detecting duplication or parallel proceedings between them.
