Specific actions presented in the financial period 2021-2027
Specific actions will be implemented by one or more Member States, through specific funding received in addition to the allocation under the Member State's ISF programme.
The funding for a specific action is additional to the allocations under the Member State's ISF programme. This additional funding is earmarked for the specific action concerned and will not be used for other actions in the programme, except in duly justified circumstances, and as approved by the Commission, by amending the Member State's programme. This means that, as a general rule, in the event of underspending or non-implementation of a specific action, Member States may not use the corresponding amount to support any other action of their programme. In such cases, any unused amount will be reimbursed to the Union budget and/or decommitted.
